ESA Funds Trackerone notebook per state Try the tracker

About, and how we check facts.

ESA Funds Tracker makes record-keeping notebooks for families using state education savings and scholarship programs. Florida PEP is the first.

What it is

A browser-based notebook for scholarship purchases: each student’s balance, receipts, reimbursement status, and a check for missing receipt details before you submit. Records stay in your browser; there’s no account.

What it isn’t

It isn’t a scholarship funding organization, a portal, or legal or financial advice. It doesn’t submit requests, read your account, or decide what’s eligible. The organization that runs your program decides that.

How we check facts

  • Every rule we describe comes from an official source: the state law, the state education department, or the scholarship funding organization’s own handbook, purchasing guide, or reimbursement instructions.
  • Each page lists its sources with links and the date we read them.
  • We describe rules in plain words and don’t add our own interpretations. Where a source doesn’t say something, we say that too.
  • We re-check sources when a new edition is published, and at least at the start of each school year. When a source changes, we update the page and its “checked” date.
  • A state gets a notebook only after its official rules have been read and the tool matches them.

Found a mistake?

Rules change, and we’d rather hear about an error than leave it up. A contact address will be listed here before launch.
