Plain-words terms for buying and using ESA Funds Tracker. Last updated October 4, 2026.

Who we are

ESA Funds Tracker (esafundstracker.com) is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in India. Questions: support@esafundstracker.com.

Who processes your order

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. It handles payment, sales tax, receipts, and refunds, and its own buyer terms also apply to the payment. We never see your full card details.

What you’re buying

  • A one-time license to use the Florida PEP Tracker: the web app at esafundstracker.com and an offline copy. There’s no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Single Student covers one PEP student. Family covers all the PEP students in one household.
  • The license is for your household’s own records. Please don’t share or resell your license key.
  • Your key unlocks the tracker on a limited number of devices. If you need more, or are moving to a new device, email us.

Your records

  • Records you enter are saved on your device, in your browser. We don’t receive, store, or back them up.
  • You’re responsible for keeping backup files. Clearing browser data, private browsing, or losing a device can erase records we can’t recover.
  • On iPhone and iPad, Safari and an app added to the Home Screen keep separate records.

What the tracker is, and isn’t

  • It’s a record-keeping tool. It doesn’t submit reimbursement requests, connect to EMA or any program portal, or decide what’s eligible.
  • Rules and checks in the tracker come from published program documents, which change. Your scholarship funding organization makes every eligibility and approval decision, and its current documents take priority over anything in the tracker.
  • It isn’t legal, financial, or tax advice.
  • ESA Funds Tracker is independent and isn’t affiliated with Step Up for Students, AAA Scholarship Foundation, the Florida Department of Education, or any program portal.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the license.

Updates and availability

We may update the tracker to fix problems or reflect new program documents; updates to the edition you bought are included. We work to keep the web app available, but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. The offline copy keeps working without our website.

Limits

The tracker is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, including denied or delayed reimbursements, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its date. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer protections you have under the laws of the place you live.
